Junior Fitness Programs
Designed with the serious junior in mind, Redmond Tennis Club’s fitness classes will develop the young athlete's agility, coordination, and strength off the court in order to enhance performance on the court.
Tuesday and Thursday 6:15-7:15 (ages 10-18)

Fitness Instructor: Jessica Clarke
RTC’s fitness instructor Jessica Clarke holds a B.S. in Health and Exercise Science. Past experience includes Strength and Conditioning Intern Coach for Rowan University, Group Fitness Instructor to senior citizens, a Basketball Coach to children, and a Personal Trainer to people with developmental disabilities. In June 2017, she traveled to South Africa to do a youth empowerment program working with children in impoverished areas, teaching Math and Literacy. Originally from New Jersey, she recently relocated to the Seattle area to continue her passion for helping and training others by working as a personal trainer. Jessica is a Recreation and Athletics Specialist for the State of Washington and also plays on a semi-pro women’s basketball team.
