New Policies in Effect at RTC
With a variety of changes taking place over the last several months, RTC has decided to implement a few policy changes to enhance the experience at the club. Please note that every change being made is to offer our clients the best experience possible and we would be happy to discuss any of these new policies with you directly.
There have been multiple cases in the last several months when we've expected less than 10 students for a class and more than 20 have showed up. This makes it impossible for us to accommodate the class size with the right number of courts and coaches and is unfair to the students who signed up in advance.
It's extremely important for us to know the number of students in each class so we can plan accordingly. Effective immediately, there will be a $10 fee for students who provide less than a 24-hour notice before attending a class.We're hoping this will encourage students to sign up in advance and help reduce the number of drop-ins.
- Tennis attire is required on-court at all times - attire such as jeans and marking shoes will not be permitted.
- Please remember to pick up balls and return them to the appropriate carts after your session is finished.
- If you are bringing a guest, please remember to let the front desk know and pay the guest fee upon arrival. There will now be a check-in sheet for members and guests if the front desk is left unattended.
- If you're renting the ball machine, please remember to clean the court after your session is finished.
New Email for Account Questions
There is a new email at RTC to direct all membership and account questions to: firstname.lastname@example.org. This includes questions about refunds, membership renewals and cancellations, account balances, incorrect charges and other account/membership queries.
